Expanded Veins – Varicose Veins
Valve destruction in the veins in our legs causes reverse blood flow in the venous system.
Instead of the blood flowing into the heart, it flows towards the legs especially to the shallow veins under the skin. The result of the reverse flow and the high venous pressure is the development of expanded and bulging veins under the skin (Varicose Veins)
The cause of that is lack of muscle mass above the veins in the legs.
